Welcome to Nepean Multiple Birth Association

NMBA  is a volunteer-based community organisation offering support to families of multiples in the Nepean region. Parents of twins, triplets, and more in the Nepean area can access NMBA for playgroup, social events, and more. We are affiliated with the Australian Multiple Birth Association (AMBA).

As well as our weekly Playgroup, we hold information sessions and regular events for families of multiples to get together and support one another. For all the latest event info, check us out on Facebook. If you are already a member don't forget to join our members-only Facebook page group too. 

The main benefit of joining NMBA is the access to our events, providing opportunities for face-to-face contact with other multiple families. But in addition to this, new members are entitled to discounts on formula, nappies and an Australian Baby Card (ABC) that gives you access to hundreds of discounts.  Click here for a list of current discounts.
